“Addressing reality by designing educational spaces” – this is what Agata would say if in need of describing what she does in a 6-word rule. And also that she is educated as a lawyer, and educator as a choice.

Agata studied European studies and law, and for several years she practiced as an advocate, fulfilling her need of social justice in running cases concerning human rights. She combined her lawyer’s work with running training and workshops on anti-discrimination, human rights standards in criminal proceedings, as well as human rights education and peacebuilding.

Talking about peacebuilding. Agata joined a peacebuilding program “Youth Peace Ambassadors” which was also the beginning of her adventure with conflict transformation and peace education. Later on she also explored nonviolent communication as a tool to build connections through empathy and compassion.

In her work, Agata wishes to focus on grassroots work. With this vision, she co-founded Co.Wonders to create a community where people could reach their full potential through learning and connection. Inspired by the values of her childhood, Co.Wonders became a space where Agata brings others together to build lives filled with purpose, connection, and wonder.

At the training, you may hear her saying: “Dears, let’s enlarge the circle”, as a way to show she cares for inclusive learning spaces.

Jorge has always believed in the power of connection and curiosity to transform lives. From a young age, growing up in the mountain town of Cercedilla, near Madrid, he felt drawn to exploring ideas, building relationships, and creating spaces where people could share their stories. This innate passion for human connection led him on a path that would later define his career and his vision for the future.

With a background in journalism, Jorge developed a talent for storytelling and an appreciation for the human experiences behind the headlines. Yet, his journey didn’t stop there. He became an environmental communicator and an advocate for sustainability, combining his love for nature with his dedication to inspire change. Alongside this, Jorge grew into his roles as a peace-builder and facilitator, helping people navigate conflict, foster active listening, and build meaningful communities.

From the Netherlands to Brussels, he expanded his understanding of global challenges and local solutions. Now based in Galicia, Jorge experiences everyday how transformative it can be to feel rooted in a community, whether it’s knowing the rhythm of a local market or sharing a warm greeting with a familiar face at a café. These simple moments of connection inspire Jorge’s work to create spaces where others can feel equally at home.

“I want to create spaces where people feel comfortable and inspired to be themselves,” he says.

Co.Wonders embodies this vision as a space where curiosity fosters connection, and everyone can find belonging, purpose, and the confidence to grow.

Mery is a left-handed artist, minimalist in design and maximalist in life. She is able to combine endless curiosity with a passion for creativity. As the founder of ja.mery studio and a graduate of the Kraków Academy of Fine Arts, Mery transforms her experiences, conversations, and observations into tangible and meaningful artistic designs.

A self-described digital nomad, Mery travels the world, always on the lookout for cozy, well-designed cafes with exceptional coffee. Her work spans graphics, branding, product design, and storytelling, with a particular interest in the entire design journey, from the first conversation to the final realization.

Mery’s artistic vision has taken her to two residencies at Anceu Coliving in Galicia, where she integrated graphic design with the rural charm of the region. Also, she is deeply inspired by the regeneration movement and has a profound sensitivity to nature and its cycles, integrating this knowledge into her artistic process to create meaningful and authentic designs.

As a key member of Co.Wonders, she ensures that Co.Wonders’ mission is not only conveyed in its message but also reflected in every visual detail by designing Co.Wonders’ visual identity, the website, the Communication Canvas, and the Deep Questions Movement cards.

Eukene Oquendo is a communication specialist, strategic storyteller, and peacebuilder dedicated to driving social impact through meaningful narratives. With a background in journalism and extensive experience managing communication projects for international organizations, she is passionate about creating stories that connect, inspire, and foster understanding.

Eukene is committed to leveraging her expertise to contribute to initiatives that address global challenges and create positive social change. Her work reflects a deep belief in the power of storytelling to build bridges and promote collaboration.

As a co-creator at Co.Wonders, Eukene combines her communication skills with her passion for international cooperation, crafting strategies and tools that empower communities and amplify impact. Guided by values of authenticity, empathy, and collaboration, she works to transform ideas into action and inspire collective growth.
